I am an integrated muscular therapist. I use hands on active techniques for releasing dysfunctional muscles. My techniques are gentle and non-invasive. 

My goal is to assist you and your body to achieve a higher quality of life.

Balance can look like an S, with many muscles causing you pain or restricted movement. Alignment is a body functioning freely in a state of health. Muscular restriction in the body blocks the flow of energy, causing the body to work harder.
